It took a bit of patience and experimentation to fit the wheel to my bike. I had some issues until my friend pointed out the extra washers in the package. Ultimately it took no more than an hours. I had a small issue connecting to the unit from my phone so had to call in. The instruction page helped solve the problem (user error lol). I find the app is easy to use. I like that you don’t at all, notice the weight of the kit on the bike when riding without assistance. With the added assistance I can cover mileage and hills that simply would not be possible for me on a regular basis. Overall I’m very pleased and glad I went with this unit.

I dont have much ebike experinece to compare this to, but happy to cover my experience thus far
It took 3 days to arrive and on arrival it took a me a couple of hours to install while watching the YouTube videos. I really enjoy riding it as it’s put renewed life into both my bikes and me :). I’ve found my sweet spot at around 50% power on my longer rides in an effort to conserve power. I’m getting over 30 miles on a full charge with heaivier use and I’m sure I could stretch it a little further with more consivitive usage. It’s worth mentioning it is not difficult to ride it with the battery off as it fairly light kit all together.
On two occasions the motor has cut out which was fixed by switching off the battery off and on with the enclosed pin.
It took me too long to discover I could disable the annoying speed alarm in the app settings. I fully researched many other options prior to buying this kit and I love the fact that this one’s compact as it looks tidy and saves on weight.
I’m pleasantly surprised as I didn’t really know what to expect.

Bought this to convert my sons trike. I couldnt get it to work straight out of the box, but our bike configuration was different then a standard bike. The results are more than what I expected in the end though and really happy with it would highly recommend it
